ASB Münster

A trio of more unusual vehicles in the German ambulance services – three Volvos used by the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Münster for urgent medical transports, mainly donor organs, in the 1980s. These were amongst the first vehicles in Germany to have lightbars, and a star of life, mainly because they operated on cross-border runs to the Netherlands with high frequency.
