The Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Hessen organises the out-of-hours doctor service (Ärztlicher Notdienst) in Hesse, Germany, with “emergency surgeries” and vehicles that enable the doctors scheduled to make house calls.
While, strictly speaking, this is not an emergency service, vehicles still have blue lights and sirens. Just in case …

This Nissan Micra was a one-off and used by the Ärztlicher Notdienst in Schöneck-Büdesheim. The vehicle was a donation from the local Nissan dealership Heim:
