The Technisches Hilfswerk (THW, German federal civil defence technical service) in Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg, operated a variety of vehicles over time.

Generator Vehicle

This was a one off – converted on the basis of an old rescue truck, the THW Ludwigsburg created a vehicles equipped with an electricity generator, which could be used to supply electricity at disaster scenes, or (on a more ad-hoc basis) to help with lighting emergency scenes at night:
